Through the Castles of Sintra, Portugal (Part 1)

In the morning, my hostel mates and I decided to visit the beautiful city of Sintra. It is located 30 minutes away from the city centre of Lisbon. In Sintra, Kyle, Katie and I agreed to get tickets that covered 3 majestic Palaces and old ruin Castles.

The first one we visited was call Moorish. The vibe reminded me of somewhere in Scotland or Ireland. It was very old, and at times seemed extremely scary to climb, because it was so steep. But in general Lisbon is so steep and difficult at times to climb, so this was something I got used too.

This place is so calm, and beautiful to explore. It was very old, and had amazing charm.

Not only was the Castle itself amazing, the view was unforgettable.
